Beginning in November 2009, the Federal Trade Commission (FDC) is instituting a plan to prevent identity theft in the marketplace. This plan, better known as the "Red Flag Rule", is designed to protect the identity of all consumers. To be compliant with the rules that have been set forth, all businesses will be required by law to design a comprehensive plan to prevent any form of identity theft. Dodd Animal Hospital will be taking the neccessary steps to ensure that the personal identity of all clients is protected. If you have any questions with regards to this new rule, please do not hesitate to ask one of our trusted staff members. If you ever feel that you have had an identity breach because of your business activities with Dodd Animal Hospital, please alert our hospital manager Sharon Gregory or one of the hospital staff members as quickly as possible. We will work with law enforcement agencies to fully prosecute anyone guilty of identity theft!
